- The customer (your employer) controls how your personal information is used within the Platform.

16. Young Workers and Children’s Privacy
Our Platform is designed for use by businesses employing staff, including young workers in industries such as retail and hospitality.
In Australia, individuals under the age of 18 may lawfully be employed, and in some cases those aged 13 and over may work in roles such as retail or hospitality (subject to applicable laws and restrictions).
As a result, we may collect and process limited personal information relating to workers under 18 years of age where this information is provided to us by our business customers for workforce management purposes.
This may include:
- Name and contact details (such as email or phone number)
- Work schedules and shift allocations
- Availability information submitted by the worker
This information is used solely for the purpose of operating the Platform, including sending roster notifications (such as shift assignments or updates) and allowing workers to manage their availability via secure, unique access links.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children outside of our role as a service provider to our business customers.
Our customers (employers) are responsible for ensuring they comply with all applicable child employment and privacy laws, including obtaining any required consents when providing personal information of workers under 18 to the Platform.
